Candle Care

To ensure the best performance from your candle, we recommend following these simple care guidelines.

Before Burning

Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn. This helps maintain a clean, even flame and prevents excess soot.

Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains and other flammable objects.

First Burn

Allow the wax to fully melt to the edges of the vessel during the first burn. This helps prevent tunnelling and encourages an even burn throughout the life of the candle.

While Burning

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended and always keep out of reach of children and pets.

Stop use when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
