Delivery

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £25.

Please note that dispatch times may vary slightly during launches, seasonal periods and holidays.

Returns

We hope you love your order, however if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items and we will be happy to help.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used candles, wax melts, room sprays or diffusers unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
